What is the average shipping time for your lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your LED bulbs included with the light fixtures?
Product specifications vary; however, most of our modern integrated LED fixtures come with the light source included. For traditional socket fixtures, we specify on the product page whether bulbs are included or sold separately.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Brilliant Lighting provides the high-quality hardware and detailed instruction manuals, but we do not offer direct installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?
Yes, all products in our Outdoor Collection are IP-rated for moisture and dust resistance. Please check the specific IP rating on the product description to ensure it meets your local environmental needs.
