At Brilliant Lighting, we want your home to shine in its best light. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the light fixture in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and instructions included to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
